1القبول
باستخدامك لأي من تطبيقاتنا أو صفحاتنا أو قنوات التواصل الخاصة بنا على فيسبوك أو ماسنجر أو إنستجرام أو واتساب («الخدمة»)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
2وصف الخدمة
تتيح الخدمة التواصل مع مصنع المنصور لحامض السلفونيك والمنظفات الصناعية المتطورة للاستفسار عن منتجاتنا (حامض السلفونيك LABSA، خامات المنظفات، والمنتجات الصناعية ذات الصلة)، وطلب عروض الأسعار، ومتابعة الطلبات، واستلام إشعارات المعاملات. الخدمة موجّهة للتعاملات التجارية بين الشركات (B2B) وللعملاء البالغين.
3الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل وأن تكون مخوّلًا بالتصرف نيابة عن الشركة أو النشاط الذي تمثله. باستخدامك الخدمة تقرّ بأن المعلومات التي تقدمها صحيحة ومحدّثة.
4الحسابات وتسجيل الدخول
- قد تتيح لك الخدمة تسجيل الدخول عبر حسابك على فيسبوك. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك وعن كل نشاط يتم من خلاله.
- يمكنك إلغاء ربط حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات فيسبوك (الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← التطبيقات والمواقع).
- يحق لنا تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب يُستخدم بشكل مخالف لهذه الشروط.
5المراسلة عبر واتساب وماسنجر وإنستجرام
- بمراسلتك لنا أولًا على أي قناة، فإنك توافق على أن نرد عليك على نفس القناة بخصوص استفسارك ومعاملاتك.
- لا نرسل رسائل تسويقية إلا بعد موافقتك الصريحة. يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت بإرسال كلمة «إيقاف» أو «STOP».
- تخضع المراسلة عبر واتساب لـشروط واتساب للأعمال، وعبر ماسنجر وإنستجرام لشروط Meta.
- قد تُستخدم ردود آلية لبعض الاستفسارات الشائعة؛ وتُحوَّل الطلبات المعقدة إلى فريقنا خلال ساعات العمل.
6الطلبات والأسعار
- عروض الأسعار المرسلة عبر الخدمة استرشادية وصالحة للمدة المذكورة فيها، وتخضع لتقلبات أسعار الخامات وتوافر المخزون.
- لا يُعدّ الطلب مؤكدًا إلا بعد تأكيده كتابيًا من جانبنا وإتمام شروط الدفع المتفق عليها.
- تحكم عملية البيع والتوريد والتسليم عقودُ التوريد أو الفواتير الصادرة عنا، وتسود أحكامها على هذه الشروط عند التعارض.
- يلتزم المشتري بالتعامل مع المنتجات الكيميائية وفق نشرات بيانات السلامة (SDS) والتعليمات المرفقة واللوائح المعمول بها.
7الاستخدام المقبول
يُحظر عليك:
- إرسال محتوى مخالف للقانون أو مسيء أو احتيالي أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمتنا أو تعطيل الخدمة أو استخدام أدوات آلية لإساءة استخدامها.
- انتحال صفة شخص أو جهة أخرى، أو تقديم بيانات مضللة.
- استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض يخالف شروط منصات Meta.
8الملكية الفكرية
جميع العلامات التجارية والشعارات والمحتوى والمواد الفنية الخاصة بالخدمة مملوكة لنا أو مرخّصة لنا. لا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق. تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي ترسله إلينا وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لاستخدامه بغرض تقديم الخدمة.
9خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
تعتمد الخدمة على منصات تشغّلها شركة Meta. لا نتحكم في تلك المنصات ولا نتحمل مسؤولية توافرها أو تغييراتها أو سياساتها. يخضع استخدامك لها لشروط Meta الخاصة بكل منصة.
10الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت، وإزالة التطبيق من حسابك، وطلب حذف بياناتك وفق صفحة حذف بيانات المستخدم. يحق لنا تعليق الخدمة أو إنهاؤها في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط أو لأسباب قانونية أو تشغيلية.
11إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب التوافر». لا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة خالية من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. المعلومات الفنية عن المنتجات إرشادية عامة ولا تغني عن نشرة بيانات السلامة والمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة المرفقة مع كل توريد.
12حدود المسؤولية
إلى الحد الذي يجيزه القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو خسارة أرباح ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو تعذّر استخدامها. لا يحد هذا البند من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
13القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكمها بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، ما لم يُتفق كتابيًا على غير ذلك في عقد توريد.
14التغييرات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. تسري النسخة المحدّثة من تاريخ نشرها على هذه الصفحة، ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد ذلك قبولًا لها.

1Acceptance
By using any of our apps, Pages or messaging channels on Facebook, Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2The service
The Service lets you contact Al-Mansour Factory for Sulfonic Acid & Advanced Industrial Detergents to ask about our products (LABSA sulfonic acid, detergent raw materials and related industrial products), request quotations, follow up on orders and receive transactional notifications. The Service is intended for business-to-business dealings and adult customers.
3Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the company or business you represent. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
4Accounts & login
- The Service may let you sign in with your Facebook account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity carried out through it.
- You can disconnect your account at any time from Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites).
- We may suspend or close any account used in breach of these Terms.
5Messaging via WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram
- By messaging us first on any channel, you agree that we may reply on the same channel about your enquiry and transactions.
- We send marketing messages only with your explicit opt-in. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP”.
- WhatsApp messaging is subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms; Messenger and Instagram messaging are subject to Meta's terms.
- Automated replies may be used for common questions; complex requests are handed to our team during business hours.
6Orders & pricing
- Quotations sent through the Service are indicative, valid for the period stated in them, and subject to raw-material price movements and stock availability.
- An order is confirmed only once we confirm it in writing and the agreed payment terms are met.
- Sale, supply and delivery are governed by our supply contracts or issued invoices, which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
- The buyer must handle chemical products in accordance with the Safety Data Sheets (SDS), accompanying instructions and applicable regulations.
7Acceptable use
You must not:
- Send content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the Service, or use automated tools to abuse it.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or provide misleading information.
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates Meta's platform terms.
8Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, content and technical materials of the Service are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without prior written permission. You keep ownership of the content you send us and grant us a limited licence to use it for the purpose of providing the Service.
9Third-party services
The Service relies on platforms operated by Meta. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, changes or policies. Your use of them is subject to Meta's terms for each platform.
10Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time, remove the app from your account, and request deletion of your data as described on the User Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate the Service in case of breach of these Terms or for legal or operational reasons.
11Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product technical information is general guidance and does not replace the Safety Data Sheet and approved technical specifications supplied with each delivery.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless otherwise agreed in writing in a supply contract.
14Changes
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service afterwards constitutes acceptance.
