1من نحن

مصنع المنصور لحامض السلفونيك والمنظفات الصناعية المتطورة («المصنع»، «نحن») هو منشأة صناعية مصرية متخصصة في إنتاج حامض السلفونيك (LABSA) وخامات ومنتجات المنظفات الصناعية. نستخدم تطبيقات مرتبطة بمنصات Meta (فيسبوك، ماسنجر، إنستجرام، وواتساب للأعمال) لخدمة عملائنا والرد على استفساراتهم واستقبال طلباتهم.

توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات عند تفاعلك معنا عبر هذه المنصات أو عبر موقعنا، وكيف نستخدمه، ومع من نشاركه، وكيف يمكنك التحكم فيه أو حذفه.

2البيانات التي نجمعها

أ. بيانات تقدمها لنا مباشرة

الاسم، اسم الشركة أو النشاط، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، والعنوان عند طلب عرض سعر أو تقديم طلب شراء.
محتوى الرسائل والاستفسارات والمرفقات التي ترسلها إلينا.

ب. بيانات من منصات Meta (بحسب الصلاحيات التي توافق عليها)

تسجيل الدخول بفيسبوك: الاسم العام، صورة الملف الشخصي، عنوان البريد الإلكتروني، ومعرّف المستخدم الخاص بالتطبيق (App-Scoped ID). لا نصل إلى كلمة المرور الخاصة بك أبدًا.
صفحات فيسبوك وماسنجر: الرسائل التي ترسلها إلى صفحتنا، والتعليقات والتفاعلات على منشوراتنا، واسمك ومعرّف الصفحة/المستخدم اللازمين للرد عليك.
إنستجرام: الرسائل المباشرة والتعليقات والإشارات الموجّهة إلى حسابنا التجاري، واسم المستخدم الخاص بك.
واتساب للأعمال (WhatsApp Business Platform): رقم هاتفك، اسم ملفك الشخصي على واتساب، ومحتوى المحادثة بيننا (نصوص، صور، مستندات، مواقع) وحالة التسليم والقراءة.

ج. بيانات تُجمع تلقائيًا

سجلات تقنية (وقت الرسالة، نوع الجهاز أو المتصفح، عنوان IP) لأغراض الأمان وتشغيل الخدمة.

3كيف نستخدم البيانات

الرد على استفساراتك، إرسال عروض الأسعار، ومتابعة الطلبات والتوريد والفواتير.
إرسال إشعارات تخص معاملاتك (تأكيد طلب، موعد شحن، حالة الدفع) عبر القناة التي تواصلت بها معنا.
إرسال رسائل تسويقية أو عروض فقط بعد موافقتك الصريحة، مع إمكانية إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت بإرسال كلمة «إيقاف».
تحسين جودة خدمة العملاء، والالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية والمحاسبية.
حماية أنظمتنا ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.

لا نستخدم بيانات منصات Meta لبناء ملفات تعريف إعلانية، ولا نبيعها، ولا ننقلها إلى أي وسيط بيانات.

نشارك بياناتك فقط في الحالات التالية:

Meta Platforms, Inc. بصفتها مشغّل منصات فيسبوك وإنستجرام وواتساب، وفقًا لسياسة خصوصية Meta وشروط استخدام كل منصة.
مزوّدو الخدمات الذين يعملون نيابة عنا (الاستضافة، أدوات إدارة الرسائل، شركات الشحن) بموجب التزامات تعاقدية بالسرية ولأغراض تقديم الخدمة فقط.
الجهات القانونية عندما يقتضي القانون أو أمر قضائي ذلك، أو لحماية حقوقنا وحقوق الآخرين.

5الالتزام بسياسات Meta

نلتزم بـشروط منصة Meta وسياسات المطورين وسياسة واتساب للأعمال. على وجه الخصوص:

نطلب فقط الصلاحيات الضرورية لتشغيل الخدمة، ونستخدم البيانات في حدود الغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله.
لا نشارك بيانات المنصة مع أطراف ثالثة إلا وفق القسم 4 أعلاه.
نحذف بيانات المنصة عند طلبك أو عند إزالة التطبيق من حسابك، كما هو موضح في صفحة حذف بيانات المستخدم.
عند حدوث أي اختراق أمني يمس بيانات المنصة نُبلغ Meta والمستخدمين المتأثرين دون تأخير غير مبرر.

6مدة الاحتفاظ

محادثات خدمة العملاء: حتى 24 شهرًا من آخر تفاعل، ما لم تطلب حذفها قبل ذلك.
بيانات تسجيل الدخول بفيسبوك: طوال مدة ربط حسابك بالتطبيق، وتُحذف خلال 30 يومًا من إزالة التطبيق أو طلب الحذف.
مستندات المعاملات التجارية (الفواتير وأوامر الشراء): وفق مدد الحفظ الضريبية والمحاسبية المقررة قانونًا في جمهورية مصر العربية.

7الأمان

نطبّق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك، منها تشفير الاتصال (HTTPS/TLS)، وتقييد الوصول إلى الموظفين المخوّلين فقط، وتخزين رموز الوصول (Access Tokens) الخاصة بمنصات Meta بشكل مشفّر وعدم تضمينها في أي كود يُنشر للعامة. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%، لكننا نعمل باستمرار على تحديث حمايتنا.

8حقوقك

يحق لك في أي وقت:

طلب الاطلاع على البيانات التي نحتفظ بها عنك، أو تصحيحها.
طلب حذف بياناتك (انظر القسم 9).
سحب موافقتك على الرسائل التسويقية بإرسال «إيقاف» على نفس القناة.
إزالة تطبيقنا من حسابك على فيسبوك أو إنستجرام، وحظر رقمنا على واتساب.

للممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق تواصل معنا عبر بيانات الاتصال في القسم 13. نرد على الطلبات خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى.

9حذف البيانات

يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك بالكامل باتباع الخطوات الموضحة في صفحة حذف بيانات المستخدم. عند استلام الطلب نحذف بياناتك من أنظمتنا خلال 30 يومًا ونرسل لك تأكيدًا، باستثناء ما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به.

10الأطفال

خدماتنا موجّهة إلى الشركات والتجار والبالغين. لا نجمع عن علم بيانات من أي شخص دون 18 عامًا؛ وإذا علمنا بذلك نحذفها فورًا.

11ملفات تعريف الارتباط

هذه الصفحات لا تستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبع أو الإعلانات. نحفظ تفضيل اللغة فقط على جهازك محليًا. قد تستخدم منصات Meta ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة بها وفق سياساتها.

12التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه، وفي حال التغييرات الجوهرية سنخطرك عبر القناة التي تتواصل بها معنا.

1Who we are

Al-Mansour Factory for Sulfonic Acid & Advanced Industrial Detergents (“the Factory”, “we”, “us”) is an Egyptian industrial manufacturer of linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid (LABSA) and raw materials for industrial detergents. We operate apps connected to Meta platforms (Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and the WhatsApp Business Platform) to serve our customers, answer enquiries and receive orders.

This policy explains what data we collect when you interact with us through those platforms or our website, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can control or delete it.

2Data we collect

a. Data you give us directly

Your name, company or business name, phone number, email address and delivery address when you request a quotation or place an order.
The content of messages, enquiries and attachments you send us.

b. Data from Meta platforms (according to the permissions you grant)

Facebook Login: your public name, profile picture, email address and app-scoped user ID. We never have access to your password.
Facebook Pages & Messenger: messages you send to our Page, comments and reactions on our posts, and the name and Page/user IDs needed to reply to you.
Instagram: direct messages, comments and mentions addressed to our business account, and your username.
WhatsApp Business Platform: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, the content of our conversation (text, images, documents, locations) and delivery/read status.

c. Data collected automatically

Technical logs (message timestamps, device or browser type, IP address) for security and to operate the service.

3How we use data

To answer your enquiries, send quotations, and follow up on orders, supply and invoicing.
To send transactional notifications (order confirmation, shipping date, payment status) on the channel you contacted us through.
To send marketing messages or offers only with your explicit opt-in; you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP”.
To improve customer service quality and meet legal and accounting obligations.
To protect our systems and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not use Meta platform data to build advertising profiles, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to any data broker.

We share your data only in the following cases:

Meta Platforms, Inc. as the operator of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, under Meta's privacy policy and the terms of each platform.
Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, messaging-management tools, shipping carriers) under contractual confidentiality obligations and solely to deliver the service.
Legal authorities where required by law or court order, or to protect our rights and the rights of others.

5Meta platform compliance

We comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the Developer Policies and the WhatsApp Business Policy. In particular:

We request only the permissions necessary to operate the service and use data strictly for the purpose it was collected for.
We do not share Platform Data with third parties except as set out in section 4.
We delete Platform Data when you ask us to or when you remove the app from your account, as described on the User Data Deletion page.
If a security incident affects Platform Data, we notify Meta and affected users without undue delay.

6Retention

Customer-service conversations: up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Facebook Login data: for as long as your account is connected to the app; deleted within 30 days of removing the app or requesting deletion.
Commercial transaction records (invoices, purchase orders): for the retention periods required by Egyptian tax and accounting law.

7Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access restricted to authorised staff, and encrypted storage of Meta access tokens that are never embedded in publicly distributed code. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously update our safeguards.

8Your rights

At any time you may:

Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
Ask us to delete your data (see section 9).
Withdraw consent to marketing messages by replying “STOP” on the same channel.
Remove our app from your Facebook or Instagram account, and block our number on WhatsApp.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 13. We respond to requests within 30 days at most.

9Data deletion

You can request full deletion of your data by following the steps on the User Data Deletion page. Once we receive a request we erase your data from our systems within 30 days and send you a confirmation, except for records we are legally required to keep.

10Children

Our services are intended for businesses, traders and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we become aware that we have, we delete it immediately.

11Cookies

These pages do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We store only your language preference locally on your device. Meta platforms may use their own cookies under their own policies.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will notify you through the channel you use to contact us.
